Each visa flow is sold as a one-time purchase for €9–€29. The amount shown at checkout is the final price (VAT included where applicable).
Additional Costs
No handling or payment fees are charged by us. Any internet connection or mobile carrier charges are borne by the customer.
Payment Method and Timing
We accept immediate payment via Stripe Checkout (credit/debit cards and locally supported methods). Your card is charged when you confirm the order.
Delivery Timing
Access to the purchased flow is granted instantly in your Relocate Quest account once payment succeeds.
Cancellations and Refunds
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee: email support@relocatequest.com within 7 days of your purchase date and we will refund the full amount for any reason, even if you have already opened the flow. This voluntary guarantee is offered in addition to your statutory rights. EU/EEA customers also have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU for digital content that has not yet been accessed. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days (Stripe refund fees are covered by us). Please also contact us if a severe technical issue prevents access.

Digital flows are delivered immediately. By purchasing, you consent to instant delivery and acknowledge that the statutory withdrawal right (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)) is lost once you access the flow. Independently of that statutory right, our voluntary 7-day money-back guarantee still applies: email support@relocatequest.com within 7 days of purchase with your order details for a full refund.
Refund Policy
If a refund is approved (7-day money-back guarantee, valid withdrawal, or unresolved technical defect):
- We refund the full amount via the original payment method within 14 days.
- Stripe processing fees associated with the refund are borne by Japan Cloud Support.
- Your access to the relevant flow will be revoked once the refund is processed.

Pricing & Payment
Each flow is sold individually for €9–€29. Stripe Checkout accepts major cards and local methods supported in your region. We do not store card information; Stripe processes it under its own privacy policy. Privacy Policy.
Delivery
Flows are accessible instantly after payment. Delivery consists of enabling access in your Relocate Quest dashboard—no physical shipment is involved.
Complaint Resolution
If you have a complaint about our service, please contact us at support@relocatequest.com. We will acknowledge your message within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 14 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the European Consumer Centre in your country or the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (Autoriteit Consument & Markt).

Applicable Law
