Each visa flow is sold as a one-time purchase for €9–€29. The amount shown at checkout is the final price (VAT included where applicable).
No handling or payment fees are charged by us. Any internet connection or mobile carrier charges are borne by the customer.
We accept immediate payment via Stripe Checkout (credit/debit cards and locally supported methods). Your card is charged when you confirm the order.
Access to the purchased flow is granted instantly in your Relocate Quest account once payment succeeds.
Because the product is digital content delivered immediately, we cannot accept cancellations or refunds after access begins. If you wish to exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, contact support@relocatequest.com before opening the flow. Approved withdrawals are refunded to the original payment method within 14 days (Stripe refund fees are covered by us). Please also contact us if a severe technical issue prevents access.

Digital flows are delivered immediately. By purchasing, you consent to instant delivery and acknowledge that the statutory withdrawal right (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)) is lost once you access the flow. If you have not accessed the flow, you may withdraw within 14 days by emailing support@relocatequest.com with your order details.

Each flow is sold individually for €9–€29. Stripe Checkout accepts major cards and local methods supported in your region. We do not store card information; Stripe processes it under its own privacy policy.
Flows are accessible instantly after payment. Delivery consists of enabling access in your Relocate Quest dashboard—no physical shipment is involved.
If you have a complaint about our service, please contact us at support@relocatequest.com. We will acknowledge your message within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 14 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the European Consumer Centre in your country or the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (Autoriteit Consument & Markt).

These terms and any disputes arising from the use of our Service are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Groningen, Netherlands.
